Did my first mma class after 1400 hours of jiu jitsu and 500 hours muay Thai. Got absolutely destroyed by a pro fighter Jeff Chan.

Calgary has an oddly strong Carribian demographic. You can find many Jamaican specialties here. A fantastic jerk chicken and curry chicken with peas and rice can be found here. Also a great beef patty.

Calgary has an oddly strong Carribian demographic. You can find many Jamaican specialties here. A fantastic jerk chicken and curry chicken with peas and rice can be found here. Also a great beef patty.

Turns out the superb owl was a seahawk
Got something smaller for dinner. Naan place but these are more like cal zones. The creamy chicken Naan is amazing, spicy with a perfect garlic cream sauce. A steal for $12 on half is huge, big enough for one meal.

Suggested yellow Door Bistro for brunch. Still what I consider the best brunch buffet in Calgary. A lot of good small quality items at a decent price of $36.
Oddly not busy on Sunday. Fantastic pastries a really good crossiant.

Was oddly proposed Filipino with family. Uncommon but due to a boyfriend of my cousin being Filipino. This place is okay, good representation with crispy Pata but Sisig doesn't use pig face and the adobo is oddly sweet.

Did I accidentally find the best burrito? Korean Burritos filled with bulgogi or gochujang pork. Huge amounts of filling, and balance of salad vegetables. This is well worth going out of your way for. Only complaint is the tortilla is pretty chewy.
