TECHNICALLY by legal definition, murder is premeditated and intentional killing. Manslaughter is when you kill someone without premeditation or intent.
In the case of Alex Pretti and Renee Good, “murder” is correct because both times, agents chose to draw their lethal firearms & shoot repeatedly.

Even if he committed a crime- we also do not have summary execution of criminals in the US- we arrest them and charge them. Same with effing bombing “drug ships”- while we were doing that, Coast Guard was still stopping, searching and arresting smugglers.
