The pain of inadvertently causing a PC to spiral into darkness over the course of one session when I planned for something triumphant hurts worse than TPK.

A god offers you, a good person, the chance to be a Paladin of Fortune. You know their name, but can never know what they are. Deal or no?

So my chaotic evil god of hedonism, apathy, cruelty, and luck found a way to have an honest to goodness Paladin. Terms for divine access to luck?

1. Be lawful good with fortune/misfortune.
2. NEVER know about god who gave it to you. Not on purpose or by accident.

So far so good...

When I let the dogs out I was struck. This morning fog caught a pinkish hue from the dawn, mixed with the blue-purple of the retreating night. My neighbor's house lights cut thru it with an amber warmth. Streams of mist thru the shadows of trees. It was so beautiful.

So I'm pretty sure I'm PMSing.
