It appears that somewhere in the BBC News offices an editor deliberately replaced the Scottish figures in a series of figures relating to the previous year with the Scottish figure for four years earlier.
The “apology” was a condescending piece of humbug typical of their attitude to Scots.

Think about it. Not reform, not the Tories, not Labour - all are strangers from the truth not to mention racist. If you can’t vote for a Scottish Party then go Green. At least they know independence is the way forward as do our Celtic friends in Wales.
