Update on daughter's appointment with the surgeon today
She has a bicuspid aortic valve which is a bit enlarged and has a small leak, her aortic artery has enlarged quite a bit so plan A is to replace the enlarged artery and try to fix the valve, if that's not possible then she needs to get a/

150g self raising flour
50g softened butter
50g caster sugar(I used erythritol)
1tsp vanilla essence
1tsp cinnamon
Cream butter,
cinnamon,vanilla essence & sugar until soft and light
Fold in flour to make a soft dough
Roll into balls, flatten with fork/
