Mechanical or a bio valve fitted, surgeon wants to operate within a few months, 6 at most. She'll get open heart surgery at Golden Jubilee probably at the start of summer.
On the plus side if it hadn't been picked up during pleurisy she wouldn't know she had it and could have just dropped dead so/
