Made a batch of Mary Berry fork biscuits.

150g self raising flour
50g softened butter
50g caster sugar(I used erythritol)
1tsp vanilla essence
1tsp cinnamon

Cream butter,
cinnamon,vanilla essence & sugar until soft and light
Fold in flour to make a soft dough
Roll into balls, flatten with fork/

Our eldest daughter has a faulty aortic valve that was discovered 7yrs ago when she had pleurisy, she's got an emergency referral to Golden Jubilee tomorrow to discuss surgery options after her latest scan in January, it means open heart surgery and I'm so scared and worried for her, she's a self/

What the BBC refuses to report is that The 𝗦𝗡𝗣 Scottish Government is already rolling out free breakfast clubs to ALL primary schools, and child poverty is already significantly lower than in England thanks to other 𝗦𝗡𝗣 policies 👏
