I thought you may be talking about that. Just bear in mind this has been hanging around for several years. The legacy media and UK political establishment - who despise the SNP - have made a huge issue out of it, making out that this one person is the entire party. He's no longer even a member (1)..

In addition, Scotrail pays Network Rail £516m for Track Access Charges. These are the fees ScotRail pays to "rent" the tracks and stations.
Network Rail is owned by the UK Gov.
