1/ Recent experience of a friend born in England but moved to Scotland post grad 50 years ago.
Attends AnE after a bad fall. Triaged and examined quickly. Arm plastered and after-care appt set up.
Visits sister in London.
Husband attends AnE with suspected dvt.
Spends whole day there.
