You clearly haven't been tuning in to the BBC over the last week
Of course not. The news cycle has moved on. That's how news works. I'm constantly amazed by how few people seem to understand news despite living with it for a lifetime. Or perhaps it's about people choosing not to understand news when it suits them.

Just watched Vic Derbyshire absolutely BURN some republican tosspot who was attempting to justify Trump's behaviour towards Venezuela. Funniest thing I've seen in ages and made my day. #newsnight
Thank you @vicderbyshire.bsky.social 🙏

It's decided.

Europe is closing the tap on Russian fossil fuels once and for all.

Energy independence starts now.

Breaking news: rumours are just coming in that Rachel Reeves put some recyclable items in the refuse bin in 2021.

One man, hundreds of thousands of lives cut short/ ruined.
Pretty sure it would all stop if someone could take him out,

Real hoping that Chris Mason has a sock acc on bluesky and vanity searches his name.

Reform aiming to have enough MPs for a 2026 naked calendar - Jonathan Gullis would make a great Mr December

Amazon, please stop asking me if books I bought month ago met my expectations. I still have unread books I bought in 2012. Be real.

How many days have we had to put up with Chris Snivelling Mason pontificating about the budget?
Someone should try pouring salt on him.

Eagerly awaiting Chris Mason owning his "error of judgement" & subsequent apology to Rachel Reeves.

🚨Some personal news.

I'm thrilled to announce that I've just filed my first copy for The New Yorker.

A profile of Jonathan Gullis.

Bit of a weird one but does anyone else find it almost impossible to get those hand dryers (the ones u wave your hands around under) to work? I spend ages waving my hands about to no avail, someone else comes along & they work immediately. Not sure what I'm doing wrong but it's always been an issue

I don’t recall as much fuss when the Tories were caught actually lying about their final Budget and keeping the truth from the OBR. What became of this investigation? www.theguardian.com/business/202....
Treasury may have broken law by failing to reveal £9.5bn spend in Tory budget, MPs told
Head of OBR says spending commitment would have ‘materially changed’ its forecast on Jeremy Hunt’s pre-election budget

Only 2 months since they did the same thing to Angela Rayner.
There's a pattern here & it stinks like a fishmarket in late August
Funny how Fartage is normally all over the fckng media like a rash but when he's completely demolished during a US congressional hearing it's all about Angela Rayner

Omg I forgot - did anyone watch The Age of Uncertainty last night on BBC4? I was riveted - as much by these prominent individuals, often from opposing sides, from the 1970s chatting in a relaxed way as by the content of what they were saying. Jack Jones, Ted Heath, Shirley Williams, Kissinger.

Anyone else noticed how Chris Mason labels anyone who voices an opinion that's vaguely to the left of his (98% population I'm guessing) an "activist"

Whatever happened to Leveson 2? Chris Mason, Kuntsberg et al now completely out of control & Reform continue to be given a disproportionate amount of air time. This will continue until the BBC board is dismantled
