I'm not moving or refinancing anything until the rates hit at least 3.5%. I've seen thosr rates now, so they're real to me, dammit!
The Fed forecasts only 2 cuts over the next 3 years, so rates won’t drop close to pre-covid levels any time in the foreseeable future.

Just used AI to review two contracts. Yeah, if firms are smart they stay away from letting AI do any heavy lifting legal-wise.
