This is why the ground rule:

Treat other women how you would if your woman was there. All the time. At work, texts, out and about. So when your woman sees you interact, it isn't weird. Women you interact with will see that you're authentic for acting the exact same way with your woman present.

Women in relationships know this, too, LMFAO. Male friends better NOT hug them how they *usually* do, with unabashed affection! You gone get her in TROUBLE!!!!!!

You just don't get it. And honestly, how could you? It really makes me feel like marriage isn't a good idea before some major personal discoveries or breakthroughs. There's just so much you don't know in your 20s.

Man, that's tough. I know it's hard to come to terms with it once you realize how you really feel about it.

It's really a cycle. Be that light, spread that light. Same goes for darkness tho. It spreads just as easily. Probably more so.

My granny was the source of warmth in a family that my grandfather brought a lot of negativity and darkness to. She had to overpower his negativity. She was why my pops loved sweet women and why sweet women loved him. And why my aunts were so wonderful as well.
bwil.bsky.social
But my mom said my grandma was the sweetest lady she'd every met, and that was why my Dad was a sweet man. And also why she shouldn't have left him. When I saw her, she'd ask about my grandma before she asked about my Dad. My stepmom loved my grandma too.

Something that always stuck with me was when I talked to my mom about her and my dad's divorce. I was 3, but didn't talk to her about it until I was 26.

It's strange to view your parents as 𝘱𝘦𝘰𝘱𝘭𝘦 instead of authority figures. They were young and just tryna figure their shit out.

Especially in light of that energy drain thing we discussed in the discord. All these different processes can already be draining our mental and emotional energy all day. But doubling my poison damage just cuz you in the house with me? Get me outta here

I don't mean matching wits clowning and roasting. That's fun. My wife has a naturally smart mouth, and us talking slick to each other is definitely one of our love languages. But being around ppl who are naturally negative is a BIG no for me. It's draining.
bwil.bsky.social
Good question. The community of women who raised me were supernaturally sweet and supportive (mama, step mama, grandma, aunts) and my pops was always kind and respectful toward them. Having negativity flowing either direction - whether incident specific or daily norm - is a BIG no. Absolutely not.

What make a man love mean women? Do it start with your mama being mean?

Needing multiple streams of income to stay afloat is a societal failure not a personal one. You should be able to afford a comfortable lifestyle with one job. You are not lazy.

I feel like a broken record, but I have to keep saying it over and over again: a farmer bailout won’t do much of anything because the market is gone. There will be no incentive to plant next year.

The bailout will help payoff farmer debt to the banks. That’s all.

I liked my hair, but I knew it was gon be gone early cuz my pops was already gone on top in his early 30s. I was not disillusioned that I'd keep a full head of hair in my 30s lol. I let go voluntarily in my late 20s

Nope. Waiting in barber shops, paying money, having to leave my house for grooming? Do not miss. Nothing better than stepping giving yourself a nice clean shave at home followed by an invigorating shower.

Bald ppl, do you miss your hair?
