So sick of the dumbass take "If we ran a bland centrist we woulda won!" No, you woulda gained about 5 pts (which is the built-in advantage rn) instead of coming close. The excitement from the base is what gets the volunteers and keeps them motivated. Centrists do not excite anyone.

RIP to Udo Kier. There are many, many iconic roles he played but I'm going to remember him here for his delightful turn as the enigmatic Professor Pericles in the excellent Scooby Doo, Mystery Incorporated series.
