My brain is pooped. It's been a grown-up productive night. Medications refills ordered for everyone in the family. Car insurance renewed. Gas and trash bill paid. Doctor appointments have been confirmed.

Work sucks. I wish I could go home and spend the day rebuilding some GameBoys. I recently found parts and some new tools. I just want to find the time to enjoy working on them.

I can't tell if I'm dealing with an incompetent Mercari seller or a scammer. Anyways, dealing with either one is so exhausting.

I miss the days when light bulbs weren’t smart. When they burn out, you just replaced them. Now, you have to replace the bulb… pair to device… connect to Wi-Fi… update smart device list… update bulb firmware… update lighting scenes… update commands list… test the lights and troubleshoot… sigh.

It’s my dad’s 83rd birthday. The cold weather and recent surgery is making him cranky, but I’m just glad to have his cranky self with us despite all the health challenges we went through this year and new dialysis life he has now.
