We broke ground on a new affordable housing project on the former site of St. Joseph School in Mount Pleasant. With Dawson Wallace Construction Ltd., we are developing 16 housing units expected to serve up to 45 yyc residents with mixed incomes.

Not only does this model address housing affordability, but environmental issues & also creates age in place communities.
Post WW2 similar approach was taken.
We don't need ridiculously oversized unaffordable homes. We need quality smart homes to build communities.
