Dingane Luthuli, a freshly unemployed 20-something in the northern suburbs of Cape Town, receives a box in the mail that was kept by his late father. Idle and intrigued, he embarks on a project to catalogue the contents of the box, but quickly gets more than he bargained for. Haunting secrets await in the writings and belongings of his father, and each new discovery pulls Dingane closer to the truth - to the sinister shadows that
lurk within the city he calls home.

This made me think of the kind of stories that @talesofbritireland.bsky.social enjoys telling; in fact, I could just about hear him snarkily commenting on the husband's attitudes (and just deserts) from the off.

I love the bits of Zulu, every surprise click causing a pleasant tickle down my spine!

Thank you very much, hope you enjoy the others! 🔥

I don't post often on here, but I have a supernatural horror fiction podcast / audio drama, and I just wrapped up the first volume!

Think Magnus Archives, Hi Nay, and a touch of Welcome to Night Vale, but with Southern African folktales and myths - check it out if that's your vibe 🔥
