Caught a neighbor kicking his dog while I was walking with Sushi. Took everything I had not to give him a beating in return. Karma is coming, though, because that dog is being seized and if I can… I’ll adopt it so he knows it was me.

Sharing music/concerts from bands I grew up listening to with my kids is one of my favorite things ever. It's even better when my kids are super fans just like me!

It'll be tough to top Deftones last month, but this is gonna be a banger show!

Casually ran a half marathon today when I planned on running 12k.

I felt good, so figured I’d roll with it! It’s so nice to feel back to normal after a year long injury!

And I have SERIOUS training ahead if I want to get up to 250km/week by next July! 900ish km in 4 weeks is going to be intense!

Rang in 48 years with an invigorating 18km run yesterday morning. Woke up this morning feeling like a million bucks and added in a 10km trail run.

Celebrating birthdays in your late 40s hits different haha. Happy to not be hungover but AM I OLD AND LAME NOW!?
