Thanks Attorney Rayfield for keeping us up to date! It's still ludicrous to think they should be federalized and I'm worried about their flagrant disregard for judge rulings. I'll stay posted to hear more about the second TRO and if that gets appealed.

LAWSUIT UPDATE RE: NATIONAL GUARD IN PORTLAND: The Ninth Circuit just granted an administrative stay preserving the status quo: the Oregon National Guard remains federalized but the president cannot deploy them.

We'll share more updates as we have them.

They feel they can act with impunity. This is reprehensible and highly illegal, there is no criminal immunity for these actions. Sounds like someone needs prison time for attempted murder.

Good to see universal basic income continues to show high ROI. Of course putting more money in the system will lead to people making more money. Of course paying artists returns dividends, well beyond monetary. Of course paying people for unpaid work makes people healthier, safer, and more secure.

I agree but I do want to point out they are very much in the realm of treason, this is a bit beyond "kicking them out of office". They all deserve prison sentences for crimes against humanity and the constitution.
