Today, we honour the 14 women whose lives were stolen at l’École Polytechnique.

Their memory calls us to confront the violence that still impacts women and gender-diverse workers every day and to demand better. #EndGBV #16Days

GBV workers help survivors rebuild their lives, but their sector is chronically underfunded and undervalued.

It’s time for a real workforce strategy that protects and supports the people doing this life-saving work. #16Days #RiseUp #EndGBV

This is outrageous. Algoma Steel took public money, our money, and paid workers back with pink slips.

When I was in Sault Ste. Marie earlier this year, workers and USW leaders warned this exact thing would happen without real job protections.
