The stress is real! It looks great by the way! I fell completely in love with Lily-Rose Depp in this film 🖤🖤

New Art

This was inspired by the tv show Chapelwaite which was in turn inspired by Stephen King's short story Jerusalem's Lot which was included in the 2005 edition of his novel Salem's Lot. I'll include some close ups in the comments.

If the Greens in Scotland offered independence I'd vote for them in an instant. The only reason I keep voting SNP is because there's no point having a greener country if we're limited by our neighbours in what we can do xx

Only just saw this. It says a lot about where we are politically that it's genuinely startling to hear someone take a stand against xenophobia.

People talk a lot of shit about Zack Polanski but if anything is going to make my boobs grow bigger it's stuff like this. ;-)
Vote for Bold Leadership for the Green Party on August 1st.

I felt like this painting got me off and running with my fantasy illustration work, and it gave me confidence to tackle subjects I'd been nervous about before. So I'm still proud of it and will keep sharing it every chance I get.

Painted digitally in Corel Painter.

I also felt more comfortable illustrating my own characters in a complete scene, and implementing everything I'd been studying about art up till then. I was starting to find my painting feet...

It's from about five years ago and it was the first painting where I felt comfortable the main character's likeness and her tattoos, thanks to Vikings for the inspiration. Some people might recognise similarities with Rollo's wolf tattoo...

Rhona and the Wolf

I've shared this painting a lot because it's kind of a calling card for my illustrated story of the same name, and I use it as my profile picture across my socials, so it's done the rounds. But it also holds an important place in my journey as an artist...

Lol I was trying to be kind. I'm sure some of that money is actually his. Least they could do with it is pay his rent and give him a bit to live on, like the rest of us poor folk.

Someone take his money off him and put him in a council flat fuck sake.

Its October and while I don't do Inktober, I might share some older ink drawings beginning with Vanessa Ives from Penny Dreadful.

I didn't, and still don't to be fair, know much about Norse people or their mythology but I loved how rich and believable this series felt. Definitely nice to see realism instead of caricatured stylism xx
