my issue overall is the way people visualize ghibli movies as nothing but soft gentle dreams when there's a lot of emotions that go behind it... like, the grotesque and the beauty is two sides of the same coin, they're both important for the story!

thank yooou, i love that scene, i watched Mononoke Hime way too early in my childhood but that didn't stop me from watching it every day for two weeks >:)
