my sis loves foxtrot and i think in the modern era, jason would've transitioned

i enjoy fiction in that era but it also bored me a lot.... i lost interest pretty hard after episode like... 4

my issue overall is the way people visualize ghibli movies as nothing but soft gentle dreams when there's a lot of emotions that go behind it... like, the grotesque and the beauty is two sides of the same coin, they're both important for the story!
