New Year, New Outfit!
Cece is looking fresh and new, with a new cutlass to boot! Her previous outfit now serves as an alternative outfit because I still like it! But is now altered with her new hat and boots~

Reference sheet for my VTuber sona, Cecile (she/her).
Cecile is an undead pirate skeleton. While she does have a body, it is only shown through her clothes, with her only exposed skeletal parts being her disembodied skull and hands. Her colour palette is inspired by the colours of the Bisexual flag~

Cecile has long fluffy hair that goes from magenta to navy blue. The sockets of her skull are shaped like hearts, and they can sometimes glow hot pink during heightened emotions. For her new outfit, she has a magenta shirt with long puffy sleeves and frills that come out from underneath her corset. She has a white ruffle tie where her neck should be, held up by a smooth bicolour heart-shaped gemstone. She has dark blue pants adorned with belts, one of which holds her cutlass. She wears a pair of dark pink boots with silver heels. Additionally, she has a dark-blue cropped jacket with heart-shaped buttons and brown leather trimming.

Paypal ramps up NSFW censorship by beginning to go after not just adult creators but also customers.

In a lot of ways, this is even more terrifying than the adult creator bans. With them, it's only me at risk, but how do I navigate a space where putting a game on Itch might put customers at risk?
