The Supreme Court hasn’t ruled on these cases yet. What we’ve seen are some responses to requests for injunctions,etc that haven’t necessarily been considered by the full Court.
The decisions will come down in the spring.

Not every time, but far too much. I think the workings of the docket are partly to blame. Shadow docket orders can be issued by one justice. The case is also often on a narrow question.
I think/hope we will see different results from full Court next spring.

I think a lot of Republican Christians and Democrat Christians will meet in heaven one day and be surprised to see each other. Neither believes that God’s grace can cover political disagreements.

There’s definitely a need to develop alternative sources of raw earths, but the smart play would have been to break China’s monopoly BEFORE starting a trade war rather than letting them hold the cards to bend us to their will.

It’s easy to talk about illegals getting insurance now in the middle of the shutdown. That lie won’t be received nearly as well when people start getting inflated bills next year.

Similar to the FAFO process that farmers are going through with tariffs.
