As embarrassing as this is for admin probably best-case scenario b/c looked like Comey case especially was going to get ripped to shreds in court. Getting a rare ruling of prejudicial prosecution is a midterm ad that writes itself. We will see if this taps down the legal vendetta ride. I doubt it

As embarrassing as this is for admin probably best-case scenario b/c looked like Comey case especially was going to get ripped to shreds in court. Getting a rare ruling of prejudicial prosecution is a midterm ad that writes itself. We will see if this taps down the legal vendetta ride. I doubt it
