Rideshare apps also do this, I don’t use them very often, but if I’m using one, it’s going to be the one that connects to my airline miles account.

Not really, it’s been a few years since I hung out in those regularly, but sometimes there are marketing research or loyalty apps where you can earn miles instead by linking a reward cc or just straight to your airline miles account, so I always check if that’s an option and if it’s a better deal.
