This cover makes me think of waking up on Saturday mornings in 1995 to watch my older brother put this game into our secondhand NES and getting chills hearing that title screen music.
The Zelda II Nintendo Power cover is still probably one of my favorites.
THIS is like pure classic Zelda aesthetic to me. This is what I imagined Link and Zelda might look like in real life when I was a kid.
Maybe the next Zelda game should go for the "Retro" look. 😉
