I apologize in advance for this.

Dude: Oh she crea.....uhhh brains.....
I know you're joking. But i wish so hard ghosts were real. Most white people in america wouldn't get a moments peace.
You literally had to type that dumbass.
I feel you. *Proceeds to buss it down* :)
Oh please. The reason you're hear to begin with is because he pulled your chain.
So. To keep from questioning themselves? They don't actually question any white person. Dead or alive.
...americans aren't and never were good people. If that's true? Then what about them? Are they good people? That's how white privilege works. Ironically. The biggest, most expansive, longest running version of identity politics to ever exist in america. Playing the race card on all the steroids.
Most are ignorant on purpose though. It's a domino effect type thing. If trump is real then republicans are. If they are then that means they've been allowed to be that horrible this entire time. If they've been allowed to be that horrible in a majority white country. The vast majority of white...
lol That's not in the trenches. That's being in the bones of war. :P
lol To be clear. It isn't just that. It's trump and republicans threatening to kill food stamps unless democrats sign off on them killing healthcare for most americans. But you right. I should be twerking. :P
And we see a drastic difference. Harris didn't genocide gaza. Didn't support the genocide of gazans. But a movement was created when she was up against a literal nazis fascist. To manipulate people away from voting for her. Can't stop supporting harry potter. But can refuse to vote?
But categorically more white people do that than what's being talked about. Take jk rowling for example. Most people give her the finger because of her being a transphobe. Still though. A massive amount of white people refuse to stop supporting the harry potter franchise. Compare that to harris?
One of those things? White people refusing to listen to black people on race/racism to any degree. White people not having empathy enough to even consider their own actions/inactions. In short? This. www.salon.com/2017/09/19/n...

Apparent empathy gap among white Americans shows up on questions of both race and economics, study finds

But that's the point isn't it. The watermelon part was adopted without thought of black people for a reason. Pointing to patterns of behavior in white people stemming generations back. In using that symbol? You've always directly tied yourself to so many other things. Willingly.
Further. You could just...tell people...constantly. You stand with gaza. As you can see. Not only do i and many other black people have no problem with that. If it weren't for how the watermelon was adopted. How quickly. And without any thought. We would have supported you. All of you.
The initial thought there is understandable. Contrary to what armies of white people are now saying about me? Yes. I fully understand the desire to show solidarity and to support them. With that said. You could just use their flag. There's nothing stopping you.
Had the original term stayed the same? Odds are very good it would have kept racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia and xenophobia from becoming as normalized as it has been in america all these generations. Meaning of course not possibility for trump to be running let alone winning.
America's entire trajectory was changed with one term. That term? Playing the race card. The possibilities are just straight up endless when it comes to how much good could have come from the term in america's history. IF....white people had never flipped it to be illogical and immoral.
Feels like a wasted opportunity to fully educate white people. Just to give a taste of what i'm talking about?
..america. Like it's no contest. From the term playing the race card to do nothing democrats. Watermelons in people's profiles to anti-racism literally being anti-fascism in a majority white country. From how white people define the term capitalist. To tom mc donald. There are so many MORE examples.
As a fellow black person? The first part of what you said is on point. But then you started targeting that i think at the wrongest people possible. Sure, democrats fuck up. But the context of what you said before? Has categorically more attachment to the right than anyone else in the history of

white people are socialized to assume and accept the humanity of other white people - even at the expense of the safety and/or lives of non-white people. this is why it's such a catastrophe to them if you even slightly hint that they're racist. you're fucking with their entire sense of self.
I am often reminded of this interview with actor Daniel Radcliffe, saying the quiet part out loud. They mean well, kind of, sort of, but it's not like it's all that serious.
