My 1st film of 2026: PRIMATE. The movie gets right to business and delivers some eerie practical effects and memorable kill scenes. Featuring a campy synth soundtrack and haunting visuals, the movie was a delight. Sometimes you just need to see sit for an hour and a half and watch a chimp lose it.

I randomly decided to fully commit and talk like Cobra Commander for the last half hour and now my throat and stomach hurts. This is what its like to suffer for your art.

The fact that I’ve seen more Washingtonians willingly pull out their paddle boards instead of umbrellas during the floods is a true testament of PNW folks fully committing to the bit.

As I finished taking this photo, two teenage girls told me that our decorations are their favorite around the neighborhood and that they look forward to trick or treating at our house every year. I am tired. But it was worth the effort. Halloween always is.

Being hunted by a bird sized wasp. Yesterday it banged on the window trying to find a way to breach the perimeter. Today I’m outside in its domain. I have accidentally locked myself on the patio. No way out. Cannot climb fence. Knees are weak. Wasp is stronger. God speed.

Every so often when I’m trying to sleep I can hear a faint hum outside. It sounds like a Nokia brick vibrating on a table. I like to imagine I’m being haunted by a ghost wearing jnco jeans and a ball chain necklace with frosted tips.

My neighbors finally got to see me run. I wasn’t exercising, I was being chased by a yellow jacket. You see what going outside gets you? It’s hot and I’m being chased by bugs. 10/10 would not recommend.
