It’s such an interesting feeling, knowing that I’ve evolved into the best version of myself in ways I never knew was possible. Only for none of my lived reality to reflect that. I’m extremely unhappy with my life right now. And nothing that I do to change that matters.

Question. How do you guys make running on the treadmill…fun? I’m a big runner, but I mainly love running outside. I love being in nature and seeing everything around me. It’s just so fun. Treadmills, on the other hand, are sooo boring and static to me. What do I doooo
