Tiniest in our series #18 of #IrishCarnegies - in Garriston near Dublin 66 in Ireland.

A priest asked Carnegie’s permission to place the library on church land. Declined.
it was built there by 1906, same land, same stone even - looks like a church outbuilding. But it’s still a free public library!
