Potentially taking on a 4th job…. Freelance truly is feast or famine 🤣 telling myself over and over again that I WILL NOT crack under pressure and that I WILL prioritize sleep somehow. Grateful for all my opportunities this year ❤️

Part of my issue with inefficiency in animation and entertainment comes back to bad choices by higher ups being made that cause huge problems for the artists pulling long hours down the production line. People not setting deadlines or doing proper foundation work before moving into full production 🧵
