Going to have to watch whatever that foul was they called to give gotham the game. Consistently anti-orlando reffing throughout.

I say move the whole national capital city to Grand Island, Nebraska. But splitting the branches up among the prairie states might be even better.
What I first said in sarcasm I increasingly think is a real thing to consider:

Move SCOTUS to a strip mall in rural Kansas.

We can’t fire them. Impeachment* is functionally dead. The 18-yr term thing is a fantasy.

But we can kill a lot of their perks.

Bet Kav would retire fast.
Devastating piece on the human toll of Kavanaugh Stops.

Especially infuriating to know that rich white guys like Brett K can simply close their eyes to the human suffering their racist jurisprudence has unleashed.

I dunno what opinions of mine are sleeping or awake, but apparently people in Florida are now mad at the "woke right" so that's something to think about.

I kind of wish I’d written up the work on email informality I did with students in 2021, about how misspellings can be a sign of bonding and intimacy/trust.
it’s not just about “boy these people are dumb.” think about who you don’t edit yourself for in texts.
Important takeaway: I'm never going to apologize for a typo in an email again.

I voted Bev Yanez for coach of the year. I wish they send my picks to me as confirmation, since the league data mines me to let me vote. Who else did I vote for? Temwa, Manaka, Debinha, Marta, Esther, Emily (Sams)

We were in court today asking for a preliminary injunction and the judge ordered expedited discovery without us even asking for it. So that's (sigh) a good feeling. I think? Mostly. Yes. I'll say yes. If that's our position.

Berger reinjures her knee late with a 1-0 lead, stays in the game, and totally boxes a near-post shot to allow KC to tie and go to extra time.

The final victory for my clients in GRACE v. City of Miami came tonight: our independent redistricting commission referendum will now be enshrined in Miami's city charter after 77% of voters said yes.
