Just so it's clear. It's not allowing AI because it's trying to create a clean dataset for training AI. It's not because any of the involved parties actually care about human created art.

With all the SNAP stuff giving to meal charities is great & Food Pantries can really use your help! Meal charities like Meals on Wheels deliver cooked meals to the homebound, Food Pantries give groceries to anyone from the unhoused to a normal family who is a paycheck behind.
