Today we recognize the achievements of women & girls & emphasize the importance of gender equality. #DYK women today make up only 28 percent of the STEM workforce?

Rosa Parks showed the world how one courageous act can spark a movement. Today her legacy calls us to keep pushing for justice, dignity, and equality. Let’s honor her not only in memory but in action by standing up, speaking out, and building the future she knew was possible. #RosaParksDay

100 years of Black history reminds us that courage knows no age. Ruby Bridges was just 6 when she walked into an all-white public school as adults yelled and protested. Her bravery helped integrate public education and change history. Proof that courage lives in all of us. #BlackHistory #100Years

Today on Rosa Parks’ birthday, we honor her lasting legacy as her courageous act resulted in the desegregation of buses.

On December 1, 1955, Rosa Parks was riding in a segregated bus, where she refused to give up her seat for a white passenger.

Today we celebrate Fred Korematsu Day of Civil Liberties and the Constitution. #FredKorematsu was a #JapaneseAmerican civil rights activist who resisted the internment of Japanese Americans during #WWII and was detained by the U.S. government because of his Japanese roots.

Today, we remember the six million Jewish lives lost in the Holocaust and honor the survivors. This atrocity was enabled by rising hatred, indifference, and a dangerous silence in the face of injustice.

Yet again, ICE killing US citizens demonstrates that this was never about immigration or public safety. It is state violence to suppress political opponents, the antithesis of what America stands for. How many more people must die before ICE is held accountable for their actions?
