Only his fans see this as a political issue. He was a deeply misogynistic bigoted predator who targeted teens and young adults in their schools while insisting that the kids who are killed in school shootings every day (including two killed today!!!) were an acceptable price for the 2nd amendment.

We can’t just say “the killing has to stop” and continue to do nothing. But people like Charlie Kirk make sure nothing gets done. Did he deserve to die? I don’t know. But the only people trying to stop it are the people they’re blaming. It’s painfully ironic. It will keep happening. I’m tired.

I think “Charlie Kirk is was killed because he had a different opinion” is a dishonest take. He was killed because of a broken system he chose to uphold. He chose to fight for a system that killed him. A system that we are trying to fix. He chose this.
