I tried my hand at making a granny square over the weekend. I was successful thanks to a great video & easy to follow instructions. The hardest part was making the magic circle. I'm looking for an easy granny square afghan pattern. Trying to wrap my head around making the same square over & over.

Finished editing a children's middle-grade fiction on cyberbullying, stereotypes, hate, and anger a week ago. I read the manuscript twice as part of the editing process and liked it each time. I learned a lot obout different cultures. It was funny, educational, and intense. I love my job!

Excited to discover today that The Women by Kristin Hannah made Amazon's 2024 Best Books List. It's #4 on the list. It's about the role women played during the Vietnam War. It's a great read!

Sometimes I take it for granted that the authors I work with know all about the Track Changes function in Word. Today I was reminded that isn't the case.
