I watch a lot of art process videos. I’m seeing more & more artists do the “influencer waving their fingers over the journal/desk/materials” before their start. Why? It’s so unnecessary.

Alan’s daughter is through her brain surgery & waking up. Now we wait to see how she is. Glad we’re over the first hurdle.

Alan’s daughter is having a 6-hour brain surgery today. There’s some risk to her memory so it’s a long day, and a long week.
Her sister is with her - she and Alan will swap over in a week when she needs less personal care.

Watching a hunting YT bc Alan’s heading to Fiordland in March for Wapiti. He can look at the video then find the exact spot on Google earth. It all looks the same to me 😑
