smashed that target. I'm hoping my eventual weight loss will be about 8.5 stone which will get me back to where I was about 30yrs ago when I thought I was fat!

My head is totally in the right place to do this and I know it's an eating plan for life that I can follow.

28 weeks back at Slimming World. 4.5 stone award tonight with a total loss of 4 stone 9.5lbs. Only one week without a loss in all that time and no weeks just maintaining. My BMI has dropped from 45.9 to 35.9 today. The doc wanted me to get down to 40 in preparation for a knee replacement so I've 1/2

I was a chocolate fiend. I'd buy huge bars and eat them in one sitting. somehow since I rejoined Slimming World this time round I've managed to curb the chocolate and I just have the small bit on the hi-fi bars. Previously I'd have to avoid the sweets and chocolate aisle in the supermarket but now

Beautiful. This is from my mum's rose bush that I have been looking after since she died just over 8yrs ago. I think she'd be happy that I've kept it alive! It seems to do better every year but I'm scared to prune it in case I kill it off!
