Our bodies don’t regulate temperature properly. They’re prone to dehydration. Fluid dumping & third spacing make maintaining adequate hydration difficult

The difference between walking with and without a cervical collar is astonishing to me - even now, a year later to the day my CCI suddenly got worse. And it keeps getting worse every month, so I can use every like, every share, every donation.
