Write a to-do-to-day list in bright marker on a piece of paper. The trick is to write down what you know you're going to do anyway and don't write down what you already know you're going to flake out of.

Oh, Sally. Couching things juuuuust vaguely enough that we can be called out for understanding them? That's deliberate. Pointy hats and white sheets are hard to deny. Snide remarks about Black pilots are chef's kiss. Hope that helps.
