I agree, however much I'd like to create, I don't have the capacity. I instead try to platform people who can, or support them by editing their work/giving constructive feedback.
One day when im in the mood for a bunch of people to get mad at me, I'll explain my belief that not everyone can be an artist, and that the sentiment has probably done more damage than good
Now this strikes me as being insanely elitist and gatekeepy. Anyone can be an artist bc art is at it's most fundamental level simply an intentionally created aesthetic object or experience.
