What is the gov’t doing to prevent folks with addictions from starting? What is the gov’t doing to provide treatment for addictions? Where is the leadership here?

I dated engineers in Uni and spent a LOT of time with engineering students and grads. Can confirm 97% of them were jacks of all asses. 2% are incredible people with whom I still stay in contact. 1% are my exes.

Frankly, I’d be pulling away from any joint operations with people who bomb civilians and arrest and deport their own citizens. Especially a country whose ‘commander-in-chief’ runs the whole show without any checks and balances. Keep things in court long enough, it counts as getting away with it.

The thing is. Here’s the thing.
There are more of “us” than there are of “them”, and they know it. We learned this in “A Bug’s Life”. We do not need to be subservient to the powerful. We do need to exercise our own power sometimes though. Resistance is NOT futile. We learned THAT from Star Trek.
