This is a completely unrelenting fever dream. I felt my lips drying up and cracking as I watched Nic Cages' face being seared in the suns rays. A little bit herzog and lynch at times, happy to see Cage doing more weird shit.

Underwhelming execution overall but still worth a watch, plenty of twists and turns, acting was better than expected for the most part.

This is fine. If you like folk horror you'll find something about it to enjoy. That being said it is one of those things that's been done to death by now. And it doesn't really bring anything fresh to the table imo.

I'm guessing Invincible war will start around episode 6 or 7. The war itself is only really one issue of the comic and they're roughly adapting 2-3 issues per episode atm.

Really love the #Invincible show but there's a few pieces of dialogue they removed/re-phrased which I think changes the way people will view characters.
Particularly taking out Cecil threatening to kill Mark, and the reveal that Cecil/GDA covered up Darkwings crimes...

It's stupid that special effects and sound effects have the same abbreviation (sfx).
