It's game day! Now, whilst I share the frustrations of many about the late kick offs, let's make the most of it!

Think of it as an opportunity to visit some of the many wonderful community clubs in our pathway playing today before going to cheer on our Blue and Blacks! 🔵⚫️

Good luck to the Blue and Blacks to take on Connacht tomorrow evening!

Here’s the Cardiff side to face Connacht;

- Azza & Donnell into the pack
- Emanuel’s first league start
- Winnett back at 15 with Beetham on the wing
- Possible club debut for Nott
- Possible pro rugby debut for Darwin-Lewis

Some re-jigging but still plenty of quality 🔵⚫️

We definitely do not endorse any of Tony's conspiracy theories 😉

URC dropped their stats and our own Hattrick Hero, Tom Bowen was top points scorer with 15 and joint top try scorer for the league as a whole so far!

Big shout out to Big Al and Sheedy toping the league for Carries and Try assists (respectively) 🔵⚫️

Teddy Williams has carried his 2024/25 form into the new season, been huge across these first two weeks.

Went hard at Munster's maul on Saturday night in an area actually becoming a bit of a strength for Cardiff now after many years of trouble.

Send over any thoughts/questions on Munster or Connacht, and particularly any creative ideas for who plays centre on the weekend!

Good morning from CF10 Towers (Ty Glass outpost). After a crucial 2 points out in Munster, it's Connacht week!

Here's to get the CAP posts back up and showing the Guys from Galway that noone beats the Blue and Black 6 times in a row!

Close but no Sir Gar for the Rags this evening.

Legend has it during his stint as Bishop of Llandaf he came up with idea of 4 three quarters, and hoops.

He was firmly of the opinion the North Terrace was in fact template for the Garden of Eden too.

Good old Bill Mogs eh!

10 days until the first 25/26 game at CAP.

Things which are possible over the next 10 days:

Learn to play the recorder
Buy a tocyn for the game
Take a daily coffee in your fave coffeehouse
Complete Gwlad's rugby survey ... and the WRUs

A few weeks from the first game of the season and we will be there but Saturday nights are really not ideal.

Three home games on the bounce with a 1945 kick off. If we were conspiracy theorists we may suggest this was done to make the club unattractive and almost an afterthought.

Still, #packCAP

Monday.

Stormy. Outlook is changeable and not promising.

The weather and Welsh rugby in a game of one upmanship.

At least the weather has a pattern.

Nice to finally get a second try after so many missed opportunities in the first half.
Ref isn't helping mind and nor is Sheedy's kicking.

Clubs, players, and supporters have brought their passion to the WRU consultation.
Dave Reddin's response:
"We also fully expect consultation to influence our thinking.
I can confidently say that our thinking is changing in positive ways as we progress."

Missing my mate today.

Maybe it’s the planning for our trip to Paris. This picture is from the last time we went but this time it’ll be just me and Hywel.

If you can spare anything please donate to Claire’s Campaign👇🏻

We met with the WRU for over 2 hours today. We are grateful for the time they gave us and for the respectful, constructive nature of the meeting. We were guided by feedback from our members' survey & meeting. The WRU engaged with our points throughout.
Email to our members will follow.

Good luck to the crack team we are sending in to meet with the WRU today.

We’ve had over 1000 responses to our Welsh rugby survey in less than a week. It’s not too late for you to have your say - it takes 10 minutes to complete. Don’t let the WRU duck their responsibilities - this is too important.

Please share widely!
