Do you think Trump being in office for a few weeks is leading to more airplane crashes? I think the general public doesn't understand just how many planes are flying at any given moment. There are accidents daily, hundreds of fatalities a year. Big numbers are hard for humans.

This is better than any press conference info. They were relying on visual separation. The helo confirmed the aircraft in sight. Considering the other aircraft on final, I wonder if they had the *wrong* aircraft in sight.
