Ohne Quellenbasis ignorieren Sie den umfassenden internationalen Forschungsstand, der ME/CFS als schwere somatische Multisystemerkrankung ausweist. Das Fehlen eines eindeutigen Biomarkers hätte dem Mangel an angemessener biomedizinischer Grundlagenforschung attribuiert werden müssen, zumal auch andere Erkrankungen ohne spezifische Biomarker klinisch diagnostiziert werden. Bei einer oftmals infektinduzierten Erkrankung wie ME/CFS können zudem immunologische Mechanismen nicht allein deshalb abgesprochen werden, weil die Forschung dazu noch nicht abgeschlossen ist.“

Nein, man kennt sie nicht und will/wird sie auch nicht lesen. Dysfunktionen, ME-Diagnose und Off-Label-Behandlung werden unter Voodoo abgetan. Man darf nicht vergessen, dass die letzte Hexe Europas in der Schweiz verbrannt wurde.

The children’s hospital in Zurich is closing its consultation for children and adolescents with #longcovid and myalgic encephalomyelitis. They plan to set up a psychosomatic consultation instead. Needless to say, families and patient organisations are appalled.

I have an overall slight decline over the past 5 years. Betablocker, anticoagulants, antivirals, antihistamines and melatonin are helping most.
