Training to fail is not worth it, if you can do more reps all week splitout at the right times thats worth it. Training to failure can & has resulted in injuries. Theres no point in breaking your self to fail.

#Kratom is a great preworkout supplement. Its not good for sleep, post workout to relax,but not sleep. There are better things for sleep than kratom becuase kratom is first a stimulant low dose then its a sedative high dose. It increases adrenaline by nor-epinephrine reuptake.
