Yesterday, the QICN's Natalie and Matthew visited the closest @ngsopengardens.bsky.social garden to our office! 4 Wharton Street is a little jewel of a garden just minutes' walk from Kings Cross. Open by arrangement until 7 September. All visits help raise funds for nursing and caring charities

It's not easy to prioritise 15-20 mins daily on wellbeing, but the #DailyMile has helped me do just that during July
