Have to laugh at the McDonalds ad on the front cover of the metro this morning in London. Obviously the redacted menu 😆

Why is it so hard for the BBC to be bloody critical of the US government? All they do is go ‘ oh the USA have invaded Venezuela, like it’s somehow normal. It isn’t and it’s illegal.

Must be a very very abstract version of period properties because it looks nothing like that. Lovely home though.

Wow this is turning out to be not very good. The tiles are falling off the old Portland House tower refurb. And green?

Broadgate is really being butchered in the city of london. None of the new buildings do anything but make the place look like an incongruous mess. The AHMM building lurid red orange thing that really looks completely out of place.

Ffs @vamuseum.bsky.social didn’t realise the Marie Antoinette exhibition was booked out until February I got there early and I very much doubt most people were there.

Always seems to be around Christmas that really cool influential people pass away. RIP Brigitte Bardo www.bbc.co.uk/news/live/c1...

Is it me or does bbc breakfast and good morning Britain on ITV talk way to much about the NHS? It’s like nearly every morning some random story that’s not really news.

I don’t know how many dogs I’ve seen in shops on my visit back to the uk. I think it’s great and shows the British really are much more tolerant of dogs in most situations than say Oz.

Had a look at the facade details which are really good. It's just a pity that Simpson Haugh and the developers cannot do something that's not just an extrusion. www.bdonline.co.uk/news/simpson...

I'm not religious but James Talarico is a good man.
James Talarico: The Bible doesn't mention abortion or gay marriage, but it goes on and on about forgiving debt, liberating the poor, and healing the sick. The closest thing we have to the kingdom of heaven is a multiracial, multicultural democracy where power is truly shared among all people

Susan Ley is using this situation plain and simple. Not everyone has to shed a faux tear like Susan Ley for political gain. Let's be clear this would have happened no matter who was in power. Don't be fooled by the charlatan.

‘I haven’t seen Penny Wong shed a single tear’: Ley takes fierce personal swipe
Ley raised her voice and smacked the lectern during a press conference as she criticised Wong’s absence from Sydney since the Bondi attack.
