very well put, Billionaires take less!
We need to frame this as “Billionaires need to *take less* - framing it as they’re going to “pay more” implies that they’ve somehow ‘earned’ their billions - “taking less” (including taking less tax breaks) so that there’s more to go around for everyone else is grounded in equity narratives.
The Spectator are confused.

It's not going to be cost free.

Billionaires are going to pay more.
