The reason it’s called a ‘dog whistle’ is that it’s imperceptible to those who aren’t tuned in to the ‘hidden’ meaning.

In the same way the St George’s flag says “racism” to right-wing racists under the guise of ‘patriotism’, so the suffragette flag says ‘“transphobia” under the guise of ‘feminism’

Julie Bindel (along with fellow FiLiA speaker, Linda Bellos) were part of the ‘Angry Wimmin’ movement, which regularly got involved in graffiti, malicious damage, and ARSON!

This follows the Suffragette tradition of breaking windows & using bombs to protest!

She’s clearly considering ‘GC’ women as “the vulnerable” and trans people as “stopping debate”, but doesn’t realise that it could be interpreted that debate has been stopped around ‘gender critical’ transphobes for fear of upsetting them (JKR lawfare!)? 😬

It DID NOT rule for this MASSIVE OVERREACH - enabled by a captured trans-hostile EHRC - trying to ban trans people from gendered spaces.
