For me it seems to boil down to 'If I can't be a misogynist, if I can't perpetrate sexual violence and control then I'm taking my ball and going home.' There is no male loneliness epidemic, only a male sulking epidemic. Cool guys who treat people with respect are out there getting laid.

It is essential to remember that Sensible centrists got everything they wanted in the UK.

It's little consolation, I know, but the Girl Guides thing is terrible optics for the GC movement. It just looks cruel and spiteful, and like rich people with an agenda bullying a well-liked organisation. Again, little succor I know.

I searched for feminist organisations that wouldn't do this to trans girls and found the Fawcett Society or HeForShe.
As for Girlguiding it's lovely that Chelmsford steps up.

I searched for feminist organisations that wouldn't do this to trans girls and found the Fawcett Society or HeForShe.
As for Girlguiding it's lovely that Chelmsford steps up.

Tbh I was in Rainbows, Brownies, and Guides and this is the first I've even heard of Rainbows and Brownies being girls-only. And I guess our local group didn't get the memo because there was a boy in Rainbows.
